It trades on Meteora from the first second, at the fee you choose: 1, 2 or 3%. Half of its fees go to you, or to its holders if you pick holder rewards; the rest is split evenly between its agent and Veldora, and the agent's spare budget buys back and burns $VELDORA. The agent keeps working as long as people trade it.
